High Pressure Die Casting: Aluminum & Zinc |
We start the high pressure die casting from 2005 by one die casting machine. Because we insists on the principle of quality first, after 5 years developing, we have become to a standard plant with 4 die casting machines, from 160-400 tons, and two sub-suppliers for 500-1200 tons casting service. |
To ensure the quality of products, we actively import CNC center, precision automatic lathe, CNC lathe, sand blasting machine, polishing machine, etc., |
And because of our standard quality control, we have become to a long term supplier for Volkswagen, General Motors Corp, and beside the auto parts, we also supplied some high quality furniture parts for Rolf BenZ. |
High Pressure Die Casting provides the shortest route from molten metal to completed component. By injecting molten metal (whether it be aluminum die casting or zinc die casting) into a hardened tool steel mould and allowing it to solidify under pressure before ejection. |
This process allows fast, precise, cost effective production of aluminum or zinc die castings, meeting the needs of hi-tech industries where product appearance and dimensional tolerances are critical but volumes are not always large. |
K&A have high pressure die casting machines with locking forces from 160 tones to 1200 tons . All have microprocessor control and the latest include computerized real-time shot control, automatic ladling and die-spray, and automatic casting extraction and cooling. Process Control Comprehensive set-up records and quality data ensure consistent production and reduce set-up time. Quality Quality is achieved by pride in workmanship, backed up by an excellent quality system to ISO9001:2000. Everyone at K&A is committed to quality. In-House Toolroom Routine tool maintenance, breakdowns and modifications can all be undertaken in-house to reduce tool down time. Tool & Casting Design Our expertise can help you optimise designs, eliminating elements which add unnecessary costs. Thus we provide the benefits of automated production without high-cost tooling. Innovative press trimming tool design can also help to reduce finishing costs. Where required, we can also provide filling and solidification simulations using the latest computer technology. |
